After searching for a suitable new partner to purchase office furniture from, Whiteleys office furniture were contacted by Ey Seren to help them undertake a major new fit out in their smart new offices in the heart of Shoreditch, London.

 Ey-Seren are an innovative, modern company  who are constantly developing market-lead design for customer service and therefore wanted the new furniture to reflect this in their new building. They wanted to create not only a great place to work in but also to express their customer lead image for guests who may come to the building.

After the initial meeting with one of our experienced London team, the area was fully space planned and the overall feel of the project was discussed. The project timescale was then agreed and everything moved to the next stage

The project involved quite a lot of bespoke items as they wanted to use all the available space. The Client also wanted to go foward with more of a hot desk environment and have no individual workstations or pedestals for storage and just have the clean lines of a team bench desk system with attractive individual lights and lockers for storage.


 The building is a large Victorian building and Ey-Seren wanted to preserve a lot of the original features whilst creating a fresh modern relaxing area and environment for their team to work within.



The project then proceeded to the next stage which included arranging plans to be produced for a wonderful bespoke octagonal meeting table, plus fully bespoke banks of lockers, desks, height adjustable desks and stools.




 All the furniture items were to be produced in the same colour scheme of Elm and silver finish so everything matched in.




The locker colours were also chosen to blend in seamlessly with the overall look and feel of the working environment and a high tech lock was put in which is a fob activated mechanism so there are no keys required and leaves a great smooth look to the lockers without having locks on all the outside of them. This was important as the lockers are on show within the working space so need to look attractive as well as functional.



      All the furniture was installed by our experienced team whilst always making sure Ey-Seren was constantly updated on timescales and everything needed to meet their installation requirements.
